What counts as remote vs on-site support?

Remote support is anything handled via phone, screen share, or remote access tools. I can work with you from anywhere. On-site means someone physically comes to your location. The 4 on-site hours can be used across multiple visits in a month.

What happens if I need more hours?

Additional hours are billed at $100/hr for remote and $150/hr for on-site. You will always be notified before any overage charges.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Hours reset at the start of each billing month. The retainer is priced to provide consistent, ongoing support rather than a bank of hours.

What areas do you serve on-site?

On-site support is currently available on Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Remote support is available anywhere in the world.

How quickly do you respond?

Critical issues get priority and are typically handled after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Standard requests are scheduled based on urgency.

Is retainer availability limited?

Yes. To provide responsive, hands-on IT support, retainer capacity is capped at three active clients at a time. This keeps every business on the roster a priority, not a ticket in a queue.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts required.
